Jeannette Papineau was born and raised in Northern Florida. Her acting pursuits began in 1995 while attending FCCJ College for a degree in business and performing arts. Jeannette got her start when a local TV movie was being filmed at Jacksonville beach, entitled "The Baby Sitters Seduction" where she was found by a talent scout that would place her in her first TV-movie role. In 1996 Jeannette moved to Los Angeles to further her pursuits in acting and eventually landed other roles and bit parts on various television shows including "Beverly Hills 90210", "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", "The Love Boat, Next Wave", "The Lot", and other television productions. One of her most memorable TV works was "The Mann Show" where she was called back as a recurring character in 3 different episodes. "I had most fun in the "Manpon" scene", she says, "its a complete crack up". Jeannette finds slap stick comedy humorous and thus ventured into more comedic roles. She appeared on "Mad TV" and other spots for Comedy Central. One of which she remembers quite well where she played "Miss California" in a commercial for a game show called "Versus". "It was shot on the Santa Monica pier, right around the corner from where I lived" she says, and continued "I was happy that the stunt coordinator had me wear knee pads for the fight scene, otherwise my knees would have took a killing, it was fun, my first one on one fight with a camera, I kicked its photo-lens right in the tripod". Jeannette has been in eight major films and has been fortunate to have had scenes in a handful of Hollywood blockbusters where she met alot of star actors, producers and directors. While continuing her career in acting Jeannette starred in two music videos for the bands, "Nsync" and "Oleander" and has done several commercials. Jeannette was a model for top fashion designers including "Jordache Jeans" and "Alberto Makali" for several years and has studied with "The Van Mar Academy" and various other personal acting coaches. Jeannette is always seeking new creative roles where she can bring forth her level of depth in her wide range of character portrayals and is represented by a highly acclaimed agent. Show less «
