Jeffrey was born July 22, 1982 of a single mother in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. Due to the passing of his mother at the age of 8, he was raised by his grandmother Clairona. He led a simple life living with his uncle SonSon who was blind since early childhood and Paralyzed from waist down, Aunt Titine who could not read or write, who's also had two kids of her own in the same 1 bedroom house, Joram and Bernata. The town was called Saint Pierre, a few hours outside of Port-Au-Prince in the Northern part of the country. The Town had no Electricity or running water. Food was cooked on rocks like modern old days, three rocks with burning sticks in the middle. Food had to be grown in order to eat or sale it at a local market. Water had to be carried by hands in gallons from miles and miles away. He later moved to the United States, at age 12, to live with his father along with three other siblings, Ineldo, Appolinair and Jean, living in a small 2BR Apt in Stamford, Connecticut. His father Israel at the time who just gotten a divorce with with Philomena, who he also had three other kids with, Emmanuel, Eve, and Moses. Jeffrey graduated from West High School in 2000. Jeffrey joined the United States Marines Corps in 2002. Graduated Recruit Training from Parris Island, SC he than went on follow on trainings, completed Marine Combat Training, proceed to MOS School (Military Occupational Specialty) 3531- Motor Vehicle Operator's school locating at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Upon completed job the school, Jeffrey was assigned to 1st Battalion 1st Marine 1st Mar Division Headquarters and Supply Company Motor Transportation Platoon. He successfully completed two combat tours in Iraq with the unit, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, to include other operations that assigned to the unit while deployed, such as Operation Unified Assurance Indonesia and Sri Lanka in order to help out with the Tsunami relief. Upon returning the United States from the deployment, he later relocated to a new duty station to a unit called CBIRF (Chemical Biological Incidents Response Force) where he finished his remaining tour on active duty, than later joined the reserve in late 2009. On July 2010 he Joined The Marine Forces Reserve, which is located aboard Federal City in New Orleans, Louisiana. Jeffrey was introduced to acting in 2005 while station in California. He was unable to focus more on his acting career, but shortly after he arrived to New Orleans in 2010. He attended Actors workshop at Jaq's Acting Studio where he learned monologue, improvisation, on-camera auditions, scene study, and cold read.
