Born in China and raised in Australia, Lucia has a Bachelor of Media from University of New South Wales and a Diploma in Camera Fundamentals at Australian Film Television Radio School. She made her feature film debut as the female lead in the Chinese-Australian production Only Love Can Do This To Me (English title). The film, entirely filmed in Australia, was release in January 2019 across China nationwide.
