Mark Victor James Baxter was born in Leytonstone, London, UK on January 20, 1975, to English parents Shirley Baxter and Steven Dowsett. Mark's father left the relationship before he was born, and Mark and his mother lived in different parts of North East London throughout Baxter's childhood.Although fortunate enough to visit other countries including France, Italy, and the Germany. Mark acknowledges the constant change was one of the influences on his career choice.At the age 19, passed selection for the Special Air Service, and went on to serve for his country for 9 years, whilst also completing a Masters degree in Engineering Management at Brunel University in London.Mark has enjoyed mainly roles that has capitalised on his extensive military career, whilst being picked for many parts involving firearms, Secret Service, Body-guarding, advanced driving, Marksmanship and action sequences.Currently Mark has found that exciting balance of TV and Film appearances, although in non-principal roles. Whilst still 'learning everyday' as he would put it, he has enjoyed a great deal of travel and lifestyle options afforded to him, through his recent endeavours.Currently residing between London and Rome, Mark has worked for mainly worthwhile causes, including raising awareness for domestic abuse against women and children, removing explosive ordnance in war torn countries, and providing medical aid to many Third World nations.Dated: June 2014 Show less «
