After award-winning writer/director Meredith Berg graduated from NYU-Tisch and directed theater in New York, England and Los Angeles, she settled in LA. She directed the Off-Broadway update of Julius Caesar for the York Shakespeare Company in New York and the world premiere of the play "Lights Off Eyes Closed" by Liz Shannon Miller in Los Angeles. A huge comic book fan, Meredith has experience story-editing comic books, most recognizably the graphic novel for "Cowboys & Aliens," upon which the feature film was based. In film, Meredith won festival awards for her AFI Directing Workshop for Women fantasy horror short, "Void," which premiered at Screamfest and was distributed by TriBeCa Films on Amazon. Meredith wrote and directed episodes for the wildly successful hit digital series "Lana Steele: Makeup Spy" for Estee Lauder Cosmetics, starring YouTube sensation Lilly Singh, which has over eight million views. Her horror feature script "Faceless" was featured on the Blood List. "Dementia," her first feature script to hit theaters, was produced by BoulderLight Pictures and released by IFC. "Dementia" was selected as the NY Times' Critic's Pick and is available on iTunes, Amazon and Netflix. "Emerald Isle," a horror feature Meredith has written, will be produced by MarVista Entertainment in 2017.
