In January 2014, Jefferson co-founded Actium Pictures. Jefferson oversees the company's day-to-day operations, physical production, and all matters relating to Actium's creative development and film slate.Jefferson's first production under the Actium banner was the drama, The Paper Store, starring Penn Badgley, Stef Dawson, and Richard Kind. In April 2015 he went on to produce the psychological thriller, Let Me Make You A Martyr, starring Niko Nicotera, Sam Quartin, Mark Boone Junior, and Marilyn Manson. Jefferson has also produced two music videos with Zebrafish Media, the first for Owen Pallett which premiered on Nowness and the second for Ju-Taun.Jefferson has a number of film and television projects in development for 2017.
