Oona Mekas

Oona Mekas

Oona was born and raised in New York City, the daughter of filmmaker and poet Jonas Mekas and Hollis Melton. As well as being an actor, she has played the violin since the age of four, and has just finished writing a children's book. She had the honor of studying with the late Fred Kareman in New York City.
