Senar (or Sen) was born in London to Turkish Cypriot parents although he also had a Greek Cypriot great grandmother.His ability to act, as well as to write fascinating stories, drove this talented man to achieve more. It was evident from an early age that his abilities to act in comedy and action roles should be encouraged. Therefore, Sen embarked upon the journey to hone his acting skills and with this in mind, attended various drama schools and academies both abroad and in London to get a better understanding of his craft.Sen was also a keen footballer having played for Harpenden Town FC and was also once on the books at Southend United FC. He also represented the county at football, cricket and athletics. Sen has a great thirst for knowledge and loves game shows. In fact Sen has been on the very popular TV general knowledge quiz show "Tipping Point" hosted by Ben Shepherd. Sen also enjoys playing golf and is trying to reduce his handicap! Having lived abroad, Sen is a fluent speaker of French and Turkish and his ability to learn dialects and accents have all helped in some of the roles he has played hitherto.Sen is now becoming more recognised in the world of film and TV. Having been cast in films such as " The Cage", "The Things We Do For Love" and "The Door", to name but a few, Sen is now being recognised as an actor who can be trusted to deliver a masterful performance in more testing roles. His latest film "The Medal" is testimony to this fact.From tiny acorns mighty oaks are made.
