Shannon Lujan grew up partly in Los Angeles and partly in Vacaville, California later attending the University of California, Berkeley for her undergraduate education. She later received an Master's in Public Administration from the University of Southern California during which she worked in Arnold Schwarzenegger's Administration as his health policy fellow.Shannon is a former "Oakland Raiderette" (2002-2004) and Miss San Francisco for the Miss America System with vocals as her talent.
