Chase Collins was born Chase Goodwin Pope. He was adopted at the age of two after his mother dies. Nobody knows how it happened. Chase ended up killing his adoptive parents, and playing a part in the death of his birth-father. He became hooked on using his Powers, which provoked him to attack the Sons of Ipswich.
