Special Agent DiNozzo was assigned to get close to her in order to get to her father. But Tony makes a critical mistake: He falls in love with her. In the episode Internal Affairs, she accuses Tony of murdering her father. In fact, he was actually killed by Trent Kort, a CIA operative. Tony saves Jeanne's life twice, once in the episode Angel of Death. and again in the episode Bury Your Dead.
