The story takes place on a film set in a small town during World War II. It is about three young friends Charlie, Carrie and Paul who uncover suddenly a secret that their host- Miss Price is an apprentice witch. By dint of Miss Price's ability, they has a chance to move to the magical Isle of Naboombu to find a powerful spell rescuing innocent people.

[Blu-ray Review] Some movies from childhood hold up when they are seen as an adult, and others do not, trapped only in the nostalgia of the time in which they were first watched. Recommended for fans, but temper expectations.
