Her first movie role was as Emily in Faintheart (2008), a story about an irresponsible man who has to shape up in order to win back his wife. Chloe won the role against 25,000 other actresses who had sent in audition tapes worldwide. According to the director, her audition stood out because she was the only one who kissed Martin, played by Joseph Hamilton, on the cheek. After some critical acclaim and attention garnered at the Cambridge Film Festival, Chloe began gaining larger roles in more television series. She achieved a series of roles in the space of just 4 months for M.I.High (2007), Silent Witness (1996) and again, The Bill (1984).
