Shannon DeGuara was born in Brisbane, Australia, and studied Screen and Stage Acting, and Film and Television Production. Since completing his studies, Shannon has gone on to perform in a number screen and theater productions. He has appeared in episodes of Home and Away, Neighbors, Mako - Island of Secrets, and a number of feature films. He is also a prominent member of the Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance.Shannon is an active member in his local community, within local government, and various volunteer organizations. In 2013 DeGuara demonstrated his commitment to bettering the community by running for the Federal Seat for the Electorate of Blair, Qld.DeGuara is a qualified Actor, Director, and Producer, and is currently producing a pilot for a new television series which has already garnered much interest from various free to air and paid television networks in both Australia and the US.
